Random Food Post
Since I can’t find the printed recipe, I have to go by memory. Here goes:
You need a pork tenderloin, 2 lbs. or so.
Salt & pepper
2 tbs. stone ground mustard
2 tbs. cider vinegar
Tie up the loin and then brown it on all sides.
Mix the vinegar and mustard.

8 rolls from a package of Rhodes frozen whole wheat Texas rolls
About 1/2 c. leftover spaghetti sauce, extra meaty
About 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese or combo of mozzarella and parmesan

Thai-ish Chicken Pasta

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. water
2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. (or more!) brown sugar

7 cloves of garlic
1/3 well-packed cup each of: basil, cilantro, mint
1 lb. chicken tenders or strips of lean chicken
1/2 c. seasoned rice vinegar

Coconut Tapioca
1/2 c. pearl tapioca (tiny ones)
2 c. room temperature water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can Coco Lopez cream of coconut, 8.5 oz.
1 can of water
Enough milk to make 2 1/2 c. of fluid when you combine with the cream of coconut
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
